Over two decades serving Mexican chile
We were born in 2003 in the heart of Zacatecas with a clear mission: to deliver dried and ground chile of consistent, traceable and safe quality for industrial customers in Mexico and the United States.
We operate an 8,000 m² plant, process up to 4,000 metric tons per year and generate more than 100 direct jobs in the region.
We work directly with growers in Zacatecas, Aguascalientes and Chihuahua under a good-agricultural-practices program that lets us control quality straight from the field.
