    Sun drying

    Controlled laying for 12-18 days. Zacatecas altitude accelerates the process without burning the chile.

    Selection and cleaning

    Certified operators remove impurities and classify by size and color.

    Milling

    Particle size to customer specification, with or without seed, in stainless steel mills.

    Quality control

    Moisture, ASTA color and capsaicin analysis by lot. Traceability from field to warehouse.

    Packaging

    25 kg sacks, 10 kg boxes or retail formats with your private label. Food grade.
